Dr. Greer Reed is a distinguished dance artist, educator, and administrator known for her commitment to technical excellence, cultural lineage, and the holistic development of young artists. An alumna of The Ailey School, she began her professional career with Ailey II before spending a decade performing with the Dayton Contemporary Dance Company.

Holding a Doctorate in Dance Education, Dr. Reed believes that high-quality fine arts programs are essential to student achievement.

She empowers the next generation of artists to redefine the role of the arts in their lives while honoring the traditions that reflect their unique voices.
